No. The program is built for real estate professionals. You stay the trusted advisor, and the TWODWELL certified network handles the technical design and construction work.

It is a self-paced online course covering zoning, feasibility, the ADU Ready™ Report, and how to guide homeowners. Complete it on your own schedule, then you are certified to run reports and advise clients.

Pricing & program

Certification is $199 today (reg. $495). After that, running ADU Ready™ Reports is $99/month (Core, 10 reports) or $199/month (Plus, 25 reports). You can start with certification and choose your plan when you're ready.

As soon as you finish the certification course. Platform access begins the same day.
