Accessibility Statement
Last updated: August 2026
TwoDwell is committed to making twodwell.com and our related products and services (the “Services”) accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We want every user — professionals and homeowners alike — to be able to find information, generate reports, and manage their account with ease.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive limitations. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and we work to review and improve the Services over time.
What we do
As part of our commitment, we work to:
- Provide sufficient color contrast and legible typography.
- Support keyboard navigation and visible focus states.
- Include descriptive text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Use semantic, structured markup so content works with screen readers and assistive technologies.
- Design responsive layouts that adapt to zoom and different screen sizes.
Third-party content
Some features of the Services rely on third-party tools and platforms (for example, payment processing, mapping, and our member community). While we choose partners with accessibility in mind, we do not control and cannot guarantee the accessibility of content or interfaces provided by third parties.
Ongoing effort and known limitations
The Services are under active development, and some areas may not yet fully meet our target standard. We treat accessibility as a continuous process and prioritize fixes as we identify them. If you encounter a barrier, please let us know — your feedback helps us improve.
Contact us
If you experience any difficulty accessing any part of the Services, or if you have feedback or need information provided in an alternative format, please contact us and we will work with you to provide the information or assistance you need:
Email: accessibility@twodwell.comOr reach us through our contact page.
Please include a description of the issue, the web address (URL) where you encountered it, and the browser and assistive technology you were using, if applicable. We aim to respond to accessibility requests promptly.
