1. Facts: What does TwoDwell Financial LLC do with your personal information?
| Why? | Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some, but not all, sharing. Federal law also requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. |

| What? | We collect: name, email, phone number, property address, self-reported income range, inquiring loan amount, self-reported credit estimate range, and loan program of interest. We do not collect Social Security numbers, do not perform credit checks, and do not originate loans. |
| How? | We share screening data with our joint venture partner, Professional Mortgage Group, Inc. dba ProMortgage, for loan pre-qualification and origination, and with our Affiliates (TwoDwell PBC and TwoDwell Funding Inc.) for ADU Advantage program purposes. |
| Can you limit sharing? | Yes. You may opt out of sharing with Nonaffiliated Third Parties by contacting privacy@twodwell.com. The only nonaffiliated sharing is with ProMortgage to fulfill your financing inquiry. |
2. How we share your information
We share the screening data described in Section 1 in the following ways:
- Sharing with ProMortgage: We share your information with our nonaffiliated joint venture partner, Professional Mortgage Group, Inc. dba ProMortgage, for loan pre-qualification and origination. All credit checks, loan origination, and financial documentation collection occur on ProMortgage’s own systems, subject to ProMortgage’s terms and privacy policy.
- Sharing with Affiliates: We may share your information with our Affiliates (TwoDwell PBC and TwoDwell Funding Inc.) for purposes related to the ADU Advantage program.
TwoDwell Financial does not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with Nonaffiliated Third Parties for their own marketing purposes.
3. Your choices
You may opt out of our sharing your personal information with Nonaffiliated Third Parties. Because the only nonaffiliated sharing we conduct is with our Joint Venture Partner, Professional Mortgage Group, Inc. dba ProMortgage, opting out may prevent us from processing your financing inquiry.
To opt out, contact us at privacy@twodwell.com. Please include your full name and the email address associated with your inquiry. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Opting out does not affect sharing with our Affiliates (TwoDwell PBC and TwoDwell Funding Inc.) for ADU Advantage program purposes.
4. Data retention and security
TwoDwell Financial retains screening data for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill your financing inquiry, comply with applicable legal obligations, and support the ADU Advantage program. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@twodwell.com.
TwoDwell Financial uses reasonable administrative, physical, and technical safeguards to protect the personal information it collects and maintains.
5. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout this notice.
- Affiliates: companies related to TwoDwell Financial LLC by common ownership or control. Our affiliates are TwoDwell PBC and TwoDwell Funding Inc.
- Nonaffiliated Third Parties: companies not related to TwoDwell Financial LLC by common ownership or control. For purposes of this notice, Professional Mortgage Group, Inc. dba ProMortgage is a nonaffiliated third party.
- Joint Venture Partner: a nonaffiliated company with which TwoDwell Financial LLC has a contractual relationship to deliver a combined product or service. ProMortgage is our joint venture partner for the ADU Advantage financing program.
