I have served as Senior Planner and Plan Review Specialist for the City of San Diego and Solana Beach. My work spans architecture, zoning and planning, and building code. I use data-driven decisions and mapping strategies to support project success. I lead with education on ADU development, legislation, and implementation. For the San Diego Community College District, my roles include: educator, course designer, curriculum developer, administrator, and grant director. I focus on adult vocational education, business, technology, operations, and support services. I've managed over 30 ADU projects. I've evaluated over 1,500 properties for small housing development in municipalities throughout California.
